Clear terms before any payment.

The paid product is one-time access to the stable EML export feature in the browser profile where mono confirms payment. Delivery is digital and begins immediately after successful status verification. There is no subscription or physical delivery.

The tool creates document-conversion and integrity-report artifacts. It is not legal advice, authentication, a chain-of-custody service, forensic certification, proof of delivery or a promise that a court or authority will admit the output.

You must own the selected files or have lawful authority to process them. You remain responsible for reviewing completeness warnings and preserving source files. Mandatory consumer rights in your country are not limited by these terms.

• Planned international display price: $29 USD one time.
• Current fixed mono transaction amount: ₴1,290 UAH. A card in another currency may be converted by its card network or issuer at their exchange rate and with any issuer fees.
• MSG and MBOX remain free beta formats until their compatibility matrix passes.
• Current limits: 50 selected files, 25 MiB total, and 500 messages per MBOX.
• PST and OST are excluded; browser Print → Save as PDF is used for PDF output.

Selected email bytes, filenames, message text, attachments, hashes and generated packs are processed in browser memory and are not uploaded to Provelity. Closing the tab removes working data; downloaded files remain under your control.

At checkout, Provelity sends mono only a fixed product description, amount, currency and provider-required payment fields. mono processes card, wallet and banking data on its hosted page. Provelity does not receive card details.

Optional anonymous product measurement is off by default and requires the checkbox beside the preflight. When enabled, it sends only coarse format, file-count, size, outcome, duration, browser-family and funnel buckets under a random per-tab token. It never sends filenames, addresses, subjects, message text, attachments, hashes or generated packs. There are no advertising trackers or marketing cookies.

Raw anonymous event rows expire after 14 days and daily aggregate counts after 180 days. Turning measurement off removes the token from the tab session; the product and checkout remain fully usable. The browser may separately store opaque mono invoice identifiers needed to recheck payment status. Never send private email archives for support.

• No mailbox login, account, server file storage, D1 or R2 store for email-derived content. D1 holds only opted-in coarse anonymous event rows and aggregate counts.
• No remote images or links from an email are fetched while processing.
• Payment and accounting records may be retained by the bank and seller where legally required.
• Request access, correction or deletion of support-contact data through the published contact route.

Before payment, cancel simply by closing mono's hosted checkout. After payment, Provelity offers a voluntary refund request window of 14 calendar days from the payment date, including when an export was already downloaded. This policy is more generous than any narrower digital-content exception and does not remove mandatory rights.

Send a written request with the mono invoice ID, payment date and a short reason. Do not attach or disclose the email files you processed. Approved refunds return to the original payment method; bank processing time is outside Provelity's control. Access associated with a refunded invoice may be disabled.

If a charge is duplicated, the paid feature never unlocks, or the delivered stable EML path materially differs from the stated contract, request correction or refund immediately. Disputes and mandatory remedies remain available under applicable law.

• Refund request deadline: 14 calendar days after payment.
• Required identifier: mono invoice ID; no email-content evidence is requested.
• The payment and full-refund route passed an owner-controlled production test before public checkout activation.
